  • Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up.
  • Cancelling within 48 hours: one rental day is charged.
  • No-show: the first day plus 50% of the remaining booking is charged.
  • Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 working days.
  • Late return: 59-minute grace period, then an hourly fee; after 3 hours a full extra day is charged.
