Driver

Egyptians: national ID + valid Egyptian driving licence.
Foreigners: passport + home driving licence + International Driving Permit (IDP).
Minimum age 21 (25 for luxury cars); licence held 1+ year (3+ years for luxury). Drivers under 25 pay a young-driver fee.

Basic CDW is included with a deductible. Full Coverage reduces the deductible to zero and halves the deposit. Theft Protection and Tyres & Glass are optional.
A refundable security deposit is held before pick-up (card pre-authorisation or cash). It is released within 7–14 working days after return, minus any damages, fuel, fines or excess km.
Insurance does not cover damage from negligence, driving under the influence, off-road use or accidents without a police report.

Each car has a daily km allowance (e.g. 250 km/day); extra km are charged per km unless you choose unlimited km.
Fuel policy: full-to-full. Return it full or pay the fuel used plus a refuel service fee.

Free cancellation up to 48 hours before pick-up.
Cancelling within 48 hours: one rental day is charged.
No-show: the first day plus 50% of the remaining booking is charged.
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 14 working days.
Late return: 59-minute grace period, then an hourly fee; after 3 hours a full extra day is charged.

No smoking. Cars may not leave Egypt without written approval. The renter is liable for traffic fines.
